The "minimum fare" is the minimum price that must be paid for the shuttle.
Example : For a Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden shuttle, the minimum fare is 52€ and the fare by person is 26€. So, a person riding alone will have to pay 52€, the minimum fare, as well as a couple (26€ X 2).
